Thank you for providing the Parish’s bank account information and authorized signing authorities. It is imperative that the Parish, Pastoral Centre and bank institution all have the same, current information. To this end, the Pastoral Centre requires the completion of this form prior to the Parish making changes at the banking institution.
Upon receipt of the form, the Pastoral Centre will forward the information to the banking institution so that the Parish’s bank will be anticipating changes. If the information provided to the Pastoral Centre does not match the Parish’s request at the banking institution, the Parish’s bank will not accept the Parish’s application.
The Parish may not add or close bank accounts without a letter from the Pastor explaining the reasons for the bank account changes. If the Parish’s request is approved, the Pastoral Centre will advise the Parish’s bank and the Parish may proceed with the requested changes.
