I voluntarily join the Hope on the Horizon summer outreach program. I will not hold the organizers, Catholic Street Missionaries Society (CSM), its Board of Directors, CSM volunteers, the Archdiocese of Vancouver, St. Mary's Parish (Vancouver), St. Mary's Street Ministry, Sacred Heart Parish and Kateri Centre, its staff, and volunteers and/or my parish church responsible for any injury or accident that may occur during this event.
