The key dates for the program are as follows. Please note that participating in the weekend retreat and the 3 supplemental formation days are required as part of the program, so please make sure you are available on those dates before beginning your application.

- May 30 – June 1, 2025: Weekend Retreat at Little Flower Monastery, Deroche
- Saturday, June 21, 2025: Charisms Workshop
- Thursday, August 21, 2025: Capstone Overview
- Saturday, October 18, 2025: PRH 1-Day Module “When Listening Helps”
- January 2026: Closing Event – Date TBA
Before filling out the application form, please print off this form (which outlines the pastor’s role in this program) and review with your pastor (or assistant pastor). Your pastor or assistant pastor will need to sign off on this form and then you will need to scan and upload as part of your application.
We will contact all applicants to let you know whether or not you are confirmed in the program no later than Friday, May 2, 2025.
