Be sure to sign you and your child in at reception. (All visitors to the Pastoral Centre must sign in for safety purposes.) Parking is usually available directly in front of the Pastoral Centre, and no parking pass is required. Your CGS catechists (many of whom are volunteers) will be working hard to provide a wonderful atrium experience for your child. Barring illness our any other unforeseen circumstance, please make every effort to bring your child to every session. Parents who want to stay in the building while their child attends atrium may wait for them in the Pope Benedict Lunchroom or Breakout Room A (glass room down the hall from the Atrium). Parents are also welcome to spend time in the chapel if it is not in use. Pastoral Centre staff love to see children in the building and working in the Edith Stein Atrium! We ask that you be mindful of the other work that goes on in the Pastoral Centre and do your best to keep noise and conversations in the hallways to a respectful level. Your catechist will model how we walk in the atrium - slowly and carefully. Please remind your child to continue this mode of walking in the Pastoral Centre hallways. And finally… All parents who register their child/children for the Edith Stein Atrium will be required to attend a 1 ½ hour atrium tour. Notice will be given in September of a selection of dates on which this tour will take place. If you have not yet taken an atrium tour, please choose one of these evenings and plan to attend.
